I really like the way Henry does my nails - he is very personable too. But even when I make an appt I end up waiting a LONG time for service. The pedicure sure varies by who you get and if you really want a GOOD foot massage this isn't the place to go! Often the water is cold & asking for warmer water doesn't seem to be understood. Also it is very frustating to have the workers speak among themselves and not to the customers in English. (One often wonders if the customer is the brunt of the jokes when they laugh.) As far as cost - it really isn't that much less than the higher end salons. After many visits and tries I won't be going back.
