When we first opened the policy everything was great they were friendly and polite. But when we decided to cancel the policy everything went down hill. We were charged two months after cancelling the policy. When we try to get in contact with them they avoided any type of communication with us or promise to call us back and never do. Up to this date were still trying to collect our money.
