I called on a Thursday, no one could come check out my broken front door until next Tuesday! I guess these folks have never heard of a free estimate for a repair either, what they don't tell you is that it will cost you $70 just to show up. Overall, the repair ended up being a $20 part and about 20 seconds of effort for which the locksmith wanted to charge me $120 in parts and labor. When I said that was completely unreasonable he put the old part back on my door (in 20 seconds) and marched off angry. What a great experience!
