A big thank you to Dr. Samyn and his wonderful staff for the excellent care I received when I had my root canal. It started with the warm and friendly girls at the front desk.
They had checked my insurance and let me know what my portion would be. Always nice to know ahead of time!
Dr. Samyn and his assistant, Wendy explained to me exactly what was going to happen during the root canal procedure. They were both very gentle and compassionate, a definite positive for me, as I am not a big fan of going to the dentist. He used a microscope to help him see what he was doing. In a very short time (or so it seemed), they were done and I was on my way home.
To top it all off, I received a phone call from Dr. Samyn later that evening checking to see how I was doing.
