Good: I loved the originality of the menu; asian, middle eastern, california style wraps, crepes.... I LOVE the 'tax included' concept. That was an unexpected surprise. In general, this place has figured it out; fresh, fast, perfect portions...I don;t know if they plan any more locations but i believe they have the next big franchise if they can figure out how to make each location as consistently awesome as this one.. Bad: some music would be cool and more seats!! It fills up fast at lunch. I try to go there in the aftrenoons when its a tad quieter but still worth it at lunch.. Improvements: Food and service wise; not a thing with the exception of adding tofu for my vegan friends. They do great falafel and hummus and salads but adding Tofu would help. The girls said they were perfecting it soon so let's see..... Other: If you don;t know about bamboo noahs yet, you might want to find out. The place is a gem..
