I have called this store too many times to count and they NEVER answer the d**n phone. They are even WORSE now that Circuit City is no longer around. Go to Office Depot, Walmart, Costco-go ANYWHERE and purch your electronics-they suck in the customer service dept. I bought a brand new desktop and had ONE question for them (and wanted to be sitting at my desktop at the time) and I could not get through on the phone to cust service or the geek squad. Bought my computer on Sunday. Called Monday , Tues eve, Wed all afternoon, again on Thurs. night and finally pushed the 'sales' ext and actually got a person who transferred me to the geek squad-no one picked up the phone. Brought my computer back on Friday. I don't have time to deal with businesses that only want to make a SALE and don't care about anything after that. My brother had the same problem. He left his corp. credit card in the store and tried to call them for two days and could not get through (he works out of town). He finally went in on the third day-his day off and he was quite upset. The girl's remark was "well I don't know what happened [with the phones], we were here". PLEASE DO NOT support stores that will not answer the phone!!!! We are not the only ones...our friends/family have had similar incidents. I hate this store. We will not shop there again!! ever!! more
