I've used their services twice the first time a few years ago I had no complaints they delivered what they promised in a timely manner.
This year it was terrible the office workers totally unprofessional. It seemed like noone there knew what they were doing or how to help you. I paid nearly 200 hundred dollars to wait 7 weeks for my federal check even though it is promised to you in 2. Over 2 months later I still havent seen my state check, when you confront them they put sole blame on the IRS and the State. Several of my friends used other services such as H&R Block and TurboTax and had no problems receiving their checks within 1 week.
My advice is to stay away and don't waste your money
