Good: The skin therapists were wonderful. Relaxing touch and very thorough.. Bad: Although, this spa has no retail products to show for itself. I have been in several times looking for a specific item that was recommended to me, over the course of a few months and still didn't have it!!! I felt tension in this spa and didn't receive friendly service. I would not recommend this spa. It feels as though customer service is lacking and unorganized..
