It is hard to beat the pharr gym. They got everything. I've been a member for alot of years. They are always updating their equipment and their facility. They have people hired to clean the facility and other people hired to clean the equipment. I never have to wait to get on the machines. I've been paying $20 a month for years and according to my contract they cannot raise that price. And if I want to stop going all I have to do is pay a small cancelation fee. Its great! No other gym does that.
