From day one, I received calls updating me on the progress and what the next step was in order to get my car repaired. The entire staff was friendly and courteous, both on the phone and in person. The original estimated completion time was about three weeks. Actual completion time was a little over a week. Staff gave me a complete rundown on what work was completed and explained all the costs. They also urged me to look over the car to make sure everything was in order and gave me some car care instructions to make sure the new paint job wouldn't peel or wash out.
I haven't driven the repaired car too much yet, but so far everything looks great. Will update if anything feels wrong about the car in the next few months.
