You truly made the process as painless as possible for me. Looking back, I made my initial phone call to you, awaited you phone calls as updates were available on the key dates you advised me of up front, and then signed all paperwork at the end. Not having to make any sort of appearance in a hearing/court setting made the process a lot easier with my job where continuous travel is required.
As far as the end result of a "dry" reckless driving charge without the loss of my license, and not having to do any sort of community service or attend any alcohol abuse meetings/classes — I am very pleased. You truly provide me with the best possible outcome to a horrible situation.
