I waited in line one day behind four other customers while waiting to check out. The first customer was yelling at the cashier because she was confused about her max perks. The second customer was upset because he couldn't return opened software he purchased a year ago and started yelling at the cashier! The third customer didn't even acknowledge the check out girl. The fourth was the worst of all. He was upset about not getting a price match on a monitor and slapped the cashier. Then exclaimed to everyone around that he slapped her to teach her lying was bad. As I approached the counter I told the girl I was sorry for what had happened. Both her and the manager replied that it was no problem because the customers were always like that.
I just moved to Kerrville and everywhere I go the people are rude and disrespectful.
I can not believe that I decided to come to this community to start a life. It is a sickening and close minded town where everyone complains and grumbles all the way to their death beds.
GIVE OFFICE MAX AND EVERYONE ELSE A BREAK. You all pretend to be great christians but really you are the most disgusting people and town I have ever visited. May God save you all!
