I bought a car from them. the final drive out price is 21500 included all "FEE" as we and sale manager agree. I trusted all crunching number that they do at the financing. i signed and drove the car home smilling because of good deal. ha ha ha, then i got bore at night, so i took the happy packed that i just signed out and look over again, i discovered the pop up fee about closed to $700. whew!!! i drove back and saw them the next day, thay said that is "the bank fee" ha ha ha well still happy driving. ha ha. but i call that is a "POP UP FEE". welcome me to the club as a new victim. so be careful and remember to bring your calcualator. undersandable i did sign the paper. that was a expesive lesson. there are more disappointed action before and after how they treat you. and the sale mananger very brutal word exchange to me. except the sale man is great. over all, Sandy Spring Toyota, their words are not legit. and their reputation are related. that is my words!
