They use low quality parts in repairing your television. Small electronics parts retailing at couple cents each and the labor charges are 300-500 dollars. I had a HD LCD television repaired by them and it died a few months later, they supposedly replaced a few capacitors inside. I later took it to an Electrical Engineer that I knew and he said they were using cheap replacement parts to repair the TV, bad soldering job, and not cross-referencing parts properly.
