I went there for a simple outer ear infection. The doctor did not speak understandable English so my questions did not get answered. I called back a few days later because of side effects from my antibotics. The office staff is unhelpful and puts your call repeatedly on hold with no follow up or call backs. It was out of the question to talk to a doctor. They just want more money for another appointment. In fact, I was told varying lengths of time to take my drugs. I'd call them uncaring, incompetent and overall poor service. By the way, they insisted my symptoms were not valid side effects of the drug. I was offered another prescription with none of my questions answered. This was the Tustin location. How frustrating!
