Please stay away from this franchise. I believe that they perform unethical work in order to have the customer to return to have the "newly created" work done. I went in for an oil change and was told that I had major oil leakage. I have had my manifold and gasket covers replaced; therefore, there should not have been any major oil leakage. Since having the oil change two days ago from AllTune, my driveway is saturated with oil spots. I contacted the owner to advise and received inferior treatment-he was very rude and arrogant. In addition, he was very defensive. Perhaps, because they are not doing right by customers and have a guilty conscience! My advice- STAY AWAY!
