We purchased our phone system 2 1/2 years ago with Olympic Telephone. I am extremely dissapointed at the service they provide when you have trouble. We contacted them on a Monday to tell them one of our phones was down and we were unable to use the phone, they told us it would be 1-2 days. On Wednesday when they had not come by 4:00pm I called to tell them we closed at 5:00 and was told by Gentry there was nothing she could do it would just roll over to Thursday. I asked if we would then be the first appointment on Thurdsay and she said no we would be fit in to the schedule. The bottom line is after you purchase your system you better hope nothing goes wrong!
