Doug has always taken the time to make sure the customer comes first. He tells me what's important and makes sure I'm not overly covered. The personal touch is a pleasant surprise because he's an agent that actually answers the phone. I would highly recommend Doug, he will add some humor to make you laugh, I guarantee it.
