I have found the store to be lacking both in quality and availability. The staff is not really knowledgeable of the products they sell. Generally rude over the phone because they are usually understaffed. If a customer doesn't know any better, you will think they are great. As a contractor who has shopped there for many years off and on because of proximity to jobs, I try to stay away from them as much as possible. Have purchased wood products from them and found termites due to improper storage. They will sell you anything no matter how many decades old it is.
