They advertise 30% off for heating system tuneups and cleaning on their website. But when I called them, they pretended they had no idea what I was talking about. They wanted $229 for the service when their website advertised the service for $159. I had to convince the woman on the phone to look at their own website to see for herself. That was strike one. The technician tells me that he should charge me a $600 fee because my boiler is not in perfect running condition and it should now be considered an emergency call. Strike two. The technician spends only 25 minutes vacumming my boiler and does no other normal tuneup work. He expects me to pay the full $159 for the so called "tune-up" work. That was the final strike. I will never do business with Heritage ever again. Their only bottom line is to squeeze as much money out of the customer as possible. Treating the customer right seems to be of no concern to them. more
