This place is horrible! I got a good rate online and I rented the car. I was late a few hours and they charged me the extra. I didn't understand the charges and they told me it was the deposit and that I would get my cash back. I called after a week to follow-up and they said it usually takes a while. I call back again and they said it was the charges from the late. It was considered a full days charge for a few hours of being late. The problem wasn't that I was charged, but the way I was hanlded. They keep insinuating that it was my fault and that I didn't understand the contract!! What horrible service, I would never rent from there again!!! They didn't even try to fix the situation, they just said blatantly that it was my fault!!!! I spoke to a guy named Mike. If he's the manager then he should be fired! I've rented from them before, but I'll never rent there again!? more
