Well I have to say that the reviews almost made me not go! My Mom & I had a good referral from a friend & I was pre-warned about the shoe issue! I can see how it can be off putting, but If you stop & think about it- it makes sense to keep the dresses as clean as possible, especially if you buy off the rack. So we decided to give it a try. I of course didn't want to have any bad experiences or unpleasant memories looking for my dress. It is supposed to be fun & happy- one of the most special experience for a bride to be! I was so pleasantly surprised! Teresa, my sales woman was so sweet & helpful! She pulled a dress for me that I would have over looked & it was "the dress!" She made it such a nice experience for me. I had looked other places and they have the nicest selection. I found MY DRESS!!! The owner Elizabeth, did something very special for me & went out of her way to make sure I got my dream dress! Her kindness is what made it all possible! It's perfect & I couldn't be happier with my dress!!!
