I ordered a sympathy basket after a friend lost her mother. What was delivered looked nothing like the web site - it was 25% smaller and sparse. I called to complain and Jody, the manager agreed to replace the basket. She then called my friend and implied she had removed plants. When I called to ask her about it, she denied it, told me my friend was lying and that she could keep the basket and hung up on me. RUDE!!!!! more
