If you have DeltaCare the Delta dental HMO plan you are treated with raw hostility. They don't even do a routine twice a year teeth cleaning if you have DeltaCare. They simply refuse. Period.
After I checked them out I found they bill Delta Dental for services never performed.
At least this was true in my case when I filed a complaint with Delta. He might be good at other things but I think extractions are his strong suit. Patients with different insurance plans may be treated differently. Many of his patients are Denti-Cal/Medi-Cal insured. AVOID Canyon Family Dentristy if you have Delta Dental coverage.
