The billing staff is rude and unwilling to assist, especially the billing Manager Kim Whitehead. I received a bill in excess of $350 for a office visit that should have only been a $30 co-pay. They also said I received services that were never given and I was therefore charged. The billing manager showed a complete lack of professionalism and actually yelled at me during our phone conversation. I would rather duct tape a broken bone back together, than give these people a dime! The absolute most rude billing staff with worst service customer service I have ever seen.
