Last time they looked (2 yrs) they were honest and did not charge anything. This time it was exactly what they said and no more. I consider this honest business practice. The only bad review they got is likely because that they order dealer parts to cover theirself and to make sure it is right. I don't think this guy tries to dupe anyone. He has gained some of the trust back that others have ruined.
