Take a look at the packaging - no company identifying marks what so ever. Try to find how the 100% and 1 year satistaction garunty works on their web site. Honestly I was so frusttrated with trying to back track the info, I junked the printer, spent over $200 on a new one (with genuine HP ink). Something to consider when going "off the farm". How much did I save: 0 How much greif: priceless (but in a bad way).
