Bought a refrigerator that never cooled so sears sent a service man who ordered a part. 2 weeks
later sears called to say someone would come to fix it - never showed. This happened 1 more time . The third time they finally came after we waited all day. Never would buy anything there again! Terrible customer service- rating should be 0 stars.
