When I placed my order by credit card I had to contact them multiple times over a 2 week period after that, each time being lied to and told there is no problem and that my order would ship. I was finally to be told I need to give them my bank account info. and pay with that. I told them I was contacting the BBB to complain and I got a threatening email saying that if I make derogatory statements they would pursue all legal means against me. What kind of business does this? I told them to cancel my orders and that I would pursue my complaint with the BBB and that I would NOT be also giving them my bank account info. especially after already ordered, being charged on my credit card for 2 weeks and still no product shipped to me. I just hope I can get my money refunded back to me so I can get far away from this place.
