went to high school in Hurricane and was back in town for a family reunion. The sign and setting for Barista's caught my attention and I pulled over immediately and went inside. The owner personally brought me to a great table and discussed menu options with me (after we spoke for a bit). He warned me that the prices were high, but he assured me the food was the best. I ordered the Ahi Tuna platter which came with a mango-papaya salad that was out of this world. I finished it off with one of the best espressos I have every had the pleasure of drinking. This place was awesome--the best food I have had in the area, and possibly the state. It was expensive, but the personal service, atmosphere and absolutely top-quality food was well worth it. Wish this place had been around when I lived here.
