Bought our first SUV, Honda's CR-V. We started shopping in September 2009 and liked our salesman, Marc, back then. We are very slow to make decisions and finally bought the car March 2010! I asked Marc to keep in touch when new incentives came out. He called once a month and left a friendly message. Who likes car salesmen! Now I do...our car salesman, and seemingly the other sales people at Burns are just as easy and comfortable to deal with. The wheeling and dealing was pretty painless. The manager, Jim, spent time with us explaining things, as well.I dreaded the last part of the process, meeting with the, 'loan guy.' Tony turned out to be delightful to deal with. Everything felt straight forward and was explained to our satisfaction.I look forward to a service department that is as responsive as the sales staff. Their motto really is true, 'the home of the Nice guys!'
