and at Bob Cole's I have always gotten straight answers about whats wrong with my BMW, what it will take to fix it. Bob Cole's has always tried to save me money on parts, as well as checked with me about what I want fixed before actual repairs begin. They do good work. My car is there right now as a matter of fact. It's nice not to see someone for months because you have been trouble free, and greeted by name as soon as you walk through their doors. These people truly care about you and doing what is best for you and your car. Before you decide on someone who says they can fix your car cheaper, go see who and where your car will be repaired. Like anywhere else when I leave my car with Bob Cole's I worry how much it will cost.....but I know when I leave my car will be right.
