Bad: The caliber of people that are associated with the firm are a cross between a redneck's lunch counter and an axe murderers convention. Improvements: These people simply collect retainers, spend them, and do nothing more. They rarely finish a case. Why spend the money?. Other: These people are also technically illiterate.
