We were 3 mins late because I was waiting for my husband to get home from work to take me and my 18mnth old son.We only have 1 car which creates a prob for us sometime,They would not see us and told us to resched for a month later.I dont think they really care what is best for the children.We would not recommend to anyone unless you want your child to just be a number.
