Mrs. Smotherman couldn't have been more accommodating and respectful. She has a professional demeanor and showed an informative, caring and helpful manner. Rental papers were comprehensive and any questions we had were answered knowledgeably and completely. The garage door opener didn't work but within 24 hours the maintenance supervisor, roger, had it working and provided a second opener. We couldn't be happier with J.S properties.
