We submitted a complaint letter to the general manager this year stating several issues and concerns. These concerns ranged from gaskets that were not changed but were paid for..tires rotated but the lugs were not torqued down so we drive down the road with wheels rattling...told us that we needed new brakes on a vehicle that were replaced 3 months prior...replaced rear brakes on another vehicle, hear noises and discover that the rotors had been flipped. Had to take it back. Unacceptable presentations from representatives. Of course, we received a reply back as a result of our letter with the normal, expected responses and format that one would certainly do when their business and services are put on the chopping block. So we, stupidly, believe this crap and go back with our Camry for service. Yep..here we go again..same thing...nothing changed.. the advisor called me to say that we need the rack and pinion replaced for a mere $800/1000. We're done....
