We lost our keys at the mall. I called several locksmiths, some couldn't do our car because of the chip key, others were really expensive, and some were really rude. I called Alcatraz Lock because one of my friends used them before, and said they were very good. Todd answered the phoen, gave me a price, and a time he would be there, like 20 minutes. He showed up in a clean locksmith van, he was friendly, he made our key, programmed it into our car and was done. He then told us how much it was, we paid with a card and we got a receipt to turn into AAA for reimbursement. Alcatraz Lock is the best, and they are no nonsense, really good locksmiths.
