Good: The facility layout and a select few of the caregivers.. Bad: There was no consistancy. Prescribed meds were not given regularly, and my FIL was often in bed soaked in urine, had not eaten, was dehydrated... He was sent for a referral w/o consulting us, and when he was to come back they refused to take him! We were stranded, and they started charging us $100.00 a day for having his furniture in the room, until we could find another facility. I have been a Nurse for 17 years, and this place is not worth the stress, or cost.. Improvements: Create and follow through with care plans, give prescibed meds, weigh the patients, and keep a log to ensure the patients are getting enough food and drink. Improved communication between staff and family members..
