Good: He shoot sit to you straight. No fluff just the facts and full of knowledge. Bad: Hmmm, after many years of people complaining that his prices are higher than Walmarts crap he is a little gruff but I like people like grumpy people. If you listen and have an inteligent conversation he'll respect you and take great care of you.. Improvements: Hmmm he has lots of stuff in his shop so lots of products, knows about everything, prices are fair for what he does....I guess I just wish people would learn value and not cheap.. Other: If you pay $100 for a Lawn Mower at Walmart that works for one season and you pay $350 for one that works 20 seasons, what is smarter.
