I was a first time new patient for my annual pap smear and to find out why I've been having intense pain in my pelvic area. I saw Dr. Anna Marks and boy do I regret it. She did not take my pain seriously at all and did not do a through job at examining my pain. I had to insist on an ultrasound until she scheduled one for a week later! I called the office and asked to be moved up due to my intense pain- the receptionsist was extremely rude said no and she was a busy doctor and hung up on me! I ended up in ER due to how severe my pain was and the ER doctor didn't understand why she did not see me right away. I will never go back there again!
