This is one of the best home service experiences I have ever had. The service techs at Allen really care about the customer and must receive great training. I always felt that he had my best interest in mind as I was provided with several options in both areas of my home that needed attention. I now have a first quality water heater that will last for many years of heavy use as my teenagers grow up and our new steam humidifier will keep our home healthy and comfortable this dry winter.
