My wife’s Prius was recently rear ended and pushed into another car. I spoke with Linda and let her know that the car would be towed to her shop. She wrote up an estimate and dealt with my insurance company. Unfortunately, the insurance company decided that my car was a total. Linda then explained what a “Total Loss” was and proceeded to help me through the entire process. Through HER knowledge, experience and expertise in dealing with insurance companies, I was able to settle with my insurance company in a short period and not feel like I had been taken advantage of. I have heard from friends and family that dealing with insurance companies in regards to insurance claims (major or minor), is always a never ending uphill battle. However, through HER knowledge, expertise, and experience, the overall outcome was never an uphill battle and not even close. She prepared me in regards to my consumer rights, applicable laws (section and verse), and potential insurance claim objections (and answers). The KEY here fellows is knowing your rights as a consumer and being completely prepared for the battle ... and she does an excellent job in this department. Furthermore, due to my busy work schedule, the staff even helped clear out my personal stuff from my vehicle for a late weekday pick up. As a result, I would recommend them to all my friends and family... any day.
