I have heard and read many terrible experiences with WHPM so, I wanted to share my experience to encourage others to reconsider renting from them. We have lived in an apt managed by Welcome Home Property for 6 months now and I have never had such a great experience with any property management!! When we couldn't find a suitable apt with our desired space and within our budget, they took the time to review all their apts and even call a few owners to discuss pricing changes to fit our needs!! They found us the BEST apt we could have ever asked for and we love it!! Throughout our time with them so far, any concerns or needs with the apt they took care of within just a few days, whereas other agencies took weeks. I have also truly enjoyed all of the staff there. They are always very helpful, a joy to talk with, and actually show a desire to know you and fulfill your needs. I have never had any problems getting through to them when I needed to talk with them. I would recommend using them for the rental of your next apartment if you are looking for a place that fits your wants and needs and that will be taken care of in a timely, proper manner with a smile on their faces
