Talked to Charlie 4 months ago about servicing our brand new AC/heat pump. Said he was to busy. Contacted Beacon and they came out and fixed our AC, but it cost over $700. Beacon informed me that some more work needed to be done, but that should be handled by the installer since it was under warrantee. Called the Anderson Nessler main line, was treated rudely by a man that made me feel like I was bothering him, asked for Charlie to call me, that was July, it's mid-October and still, no word from Charlie. Just left them another message, let's see what happens and if they can earn some stars back. Not happy.
