Initially I was furious, thinking I knew it was too good to be true, to take my car to get something repaired without having to pay a dime. Marc assured me that he would do everything in his power to get American Honda to foot the bill for this, since it was obvious that the faulty catalytic converter led to the destruction of my oxygen sensor.Minutes later, Marc called me and informed me that American Honda would cover 100% of the repair cost. I was ecstatic to say the least. All in all, I received nearly $1500 worth of repairs done on my S2000 free of charge. I realize that this is not your typical scenario, however Marc Uchiyama demonstrated his professionalism and customer care by being proactive in resolving the issue at the best interest of the customer. I will undoubtedly be taking my S2000 to Marc Uchiyama and Honda of Santa Monica for any issues in the future. more
