When we got there there was only a smoking room with 2 beds available so the girl at the desk let us check the room out before we checked in. As we have a little baby we declined the smoking room as it obviously smelled like smoke. She then quickly went to see if another non-smoking room was clean that she could put us in - we had a room within 10 minutes. It was actually not that bad. It was clean, everything worked and it was safe. They were very accommodating even though they were short staffed. The front desk person ended up getting us a crib for room.
