I was looking for a pediatric for my boys and came across RPA on the Internet. Call them to see if they are accepting new patient and the receptionist ask for my insurance and I said "NALC". She asked me what that stand for and I said I don't know. So, she put me on hold. Came back a minute later and said "sir, you're gonna have to call your insurance and find out if they're in network with us". And I told her I know what it stand for now but she didn't care for it and continue on to said you still gonna have to call them yourself. So I hung up.
