This company works with your physicians workflow instead of asking your physicians to change their workflow to their product. Their support staff and customer service representatives are outstanding. They are able to transcribe dictation from a physician who talks at the speed of light. I love that their solution allows you to electronically sign and fax dictated reports all from the same computer screen.
