"I'd like to take a moment out to let the folks over there at North Hollywood Toyota know about the outstanding job that Sedrick is doing, and let me tell ya, it's nothing less than GREAT! He deserves a raise for his patience & kindness alone. He not only bent over backwards and went the extra mile to make us happy, but he treated us with a level of professionalism, courtesy, and respect, that I myself would be proud of if he were an employee of mine.
During the financing part of the deal, Francisco used the same level of professionalism and kindness and before we knew it we had the keys to our new car in our hands and we were on our way!
