I bought an item to put in my aquarium. I got it home, I opened the box and took it out. There was a large hole broken in it and dirty aquarium water ran out all over myself, my clothes and the floor. I took it back. AA 's mgr. told me there was no way it had been used and then put back on the shelf. So I am wondering what they think I did to it...NOT! AA did not have a replacement. They told me they would have one next Wednesday. I went next Wednesday and they did not have one. I was told every week for a month, one had been ordered and it would be there "next Wednesday". Finally, AA got one. The magr. had not put it "back in their office for me" as I was promised. I purchased it, took it home and out of the box. Guess what, it was severly damaged, huge hole/cracked. I have been told incorrect information about fish/turtles and frogs by their personnel. Caution, they absolutely will NOT let you see their feeder fish. So I assume they come from poor conditions. Some of their displays are flashy but based upon my experiences, I wouldn't trust the management.
